Junosuando Village

Population approximately 400 people.  The village is by the River Torne and is surrounded by forest, lakes and wetlands.

Services for visitors

There is only one regularly open restaurant and no regularly open shops in the village other than a grocery shop.

Open year round. Mon-Fri 9 am - 6 pm and Sat 9 am - 1pm.  Located 700 m from guesthouse. 

Junosuando Restaurang

Pizza, kebab, hamburgers and more. Located just across the road from the guesthouse. +46 (0) 978 300 03.

Junosuando Bistro & Bar is open for lunch summertime and freday and saturday evening for dinner and pub.

Public Library

Open Mondays for a few hours each afternoon. Located 500 m from guesthouse.

Village Indoor Pool and Sauna

Open September to May. Mon, Wed and Fri 17.00-20.00, latest entrance 19.20.
